Sheisinblack.art Featured in Celebrating Life Magazine

The AVGD community is delighted to celebrate a remarkable achievement by one of its artists: sheisinblack.art has been featured in the latest edition of Celebrating Life Magazine.

Known for her distinctive visual language that exists somewhere between beauty and unease, memory and imagination, Austrian artist Manuela Klauser, the creative mind behind sheisinblack.art, has built an internationally recognizable artistic identity that continues to gain attention beyond the AI art community.

The feature explores the philosophy behind her work, highlighting an approach that treats artificial intelligence not as the creator, but as a creative instrument. At the center of every image remains a deeply human process shaped by intuition, emotion, atmosphere, and artistic intention.

What makes the work of sheisinblack.art stand out is its ability to evoke emotion rather than provide explanations. Her images often feel like fragments of larger stories—moments suspended between reality and imagination, inviting viewers to bring their own interpretations and experiences into the work.

Throughout the interview, Manuela shares insights into her creative process, discussing the relationship between music, emotion, and visual storytelling. Rather than focusing on traditional narratives, she describes her work as an exploration of emotional states, tensions, and atmospheres. The result is a body of work that feels both familiar and dreamlike, beautiful yet slightly unsettling.

The article also highlights the importance of artistic identity in an era where image-generation tools have become widely accessible. According to Manuela, a recognizable visual voice is not defined by the technology being used, but by the choices an artist makes repeatedly—and equally by what they consciously leave out.

Influenced by artists and creators such as Zdzisław Beksiński, Tim Burton, David Lynch, Andrei Tarkovsky, Depeche Mode, Portishead, and The Cure, sheisinblack.art continues to develop a visual universe that transcends individual images and expands into immersive experiences, moving visuals, music, and spatial storytelling.

For AVGD, this feature is another example of how digital and AI-assisted artists are shaping contemporary culture and finding recognition in international publications. It demonstrates that meaningful art is not about the tool itself, but about vision, authorship, and emotional resonance.

We warmly congratulate Manuela Klauser / sheisinblack.art on this wonderful feature and look forward to seeing where her creative journey leads next.
